Jeffrey Chu

founder/cinematographer

Jeffrey is an Award-winning Cinematographer, with more than a dozen features under his belt. 3 of his most recent are with Paramount global/BET, and others Netflix and Amazon Prime. In addition to narrative films, Jeffrey’s commercial clients also include General Electric, General Motor, Nike and Beats to name a few.

From a career that began with photojournalism in college, Jeffrey Chu followed an unconventional path to narrative features by serving as the DP of documentary-style films such as Confessions of a Burning Man. But it was esteemed film, Summer of Changsha that helped launch Jeffrey into narrative filmmaking globally. His unique cinematographic flair of a universal cross‐cultural perspective was best exemplified in the mystery drama, Summer of Changsha, which premiered at the 72nd, Cannes Film Festival in Un Certain Regard (2019).

Have been living in Shanghai for 10 years, Jeffrey’s works span a wide array of projects from his most recent movies, the commercially successful Suddenly Seventeen to the art house achievements. Moreover, Jeffrey was also an award receiver of the 7th annual Chinese Young Generation Film

Forum in Beijing.  With his background spanning the gulf between China and USA, he has developed deep cross-cultural insights to universal storytelling. Jeffrey’s passion and experience in film production has established him as an exceptional collaborator. He is also a member of International Cinematographers Guild (IATSE Local #600).

Cheng Xu

Cheng Xu, Directed the short film "A Little Funny Story" which has won 1 international awards, including "Best Short Film" at the Korean International Short Film Festival and "Outstanding Award" at the Canadian International Short Film Festival.

Winnie Wang

casting director/actor

An award winning actress, model and Casting Director. Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, and is now based in LA. She discovered her passion for the performing arts at a young age. After graduating from a performing arts high school in Taiwan, she decided to pursue her bachelor's degree in acting for film in LA and continue her acting career in film and television in Los Angeles.
